most staes make it manditory you must have at least liability car insurance until the damage plus deductable for the other car is paid she may not get license reinstated also your daughter needs to understand she must have when driving at least liabilty car insurance in most states it’s the law
She should go to jail. You don’t belong on the road without insurance. Just because you can’t come up with the money you think the person your daughter hit should have to take care of their own car?
