I am not going to lie.  I&#039;m biased, but if you check out the info below I think you&#039;ll see why.  

First, you&#039;ve got the wrong idea about the term &#039;mail order brides&quot;.  A guy doesn&#039;t order the girl and pick her up at the train station like in an old Western.  Essentially, you pay to contact her through an agency.  After a while you go meet her and then both of you decide to get married if that&#039;s what you&#039;ll want to do.  Just like the real world the woman has the choice to say no and they often do.

There is no research to suggest that the marriages are just as good or bad as others. I&#039;ve posted the link to Lisa Simon&#039;s for a very detailed examination of the mail order bride industry.  She started adamantly opposed to it until she did her research for her Phd.</description>
