My auto insurance agent is riping me off?

I had a good student discount that was $74 a month. Then all of the sudden I got a letter from my carrier telling me that they are dropping me because of “missing” papers. I call my agent and it is APPARENTLY fixed. And he says something about missing my college schedule, even though I faxed it to him TWICE. So i send it to his email while he is on the phone with me and he says he has it. Then he asks for my previous semester and I’m like: “No, I gave it to you, I’m a freaking high school student.” I also asked him if having my brother on my insurance would increase it, he said no.

So, I get my bill and it’s $129! I call him pissed off and I leave him a message on his phone. He calls me back and says: “Oh yea, having your brother increases since he isn’t in college.”

SO HERE I AM. I am unemployed and looking for a job. I do not have A LOT of money. I’m just furious! I feel like he is doing this crap on purpose.
