Pre paid Legal is not a scam but it also may not be worth it.
You have to decide if what you plan to use if for is worth what you will pay for it.
Think about what you are doing.
You are paying for something you are not yet using and may never use…..it’s kind of like insurance.
You don’t want to necessarily use it, but want it there anyway.
If you need peace of mind, then by all means go for it.

I think they are trustworthy but very limited in what they do and only so-so at doing it. I mean they are pretty cheap but if you have a million dollar lawsuit get someone else. Still they are ok for the limited amount they do.

my husband and i tried that out. basically, they took money from us and it is nearly impossible to find someone who actually wants to buy pre-paid legal service. but the dvd they send you makes it seem so easy and that anyone can do it. we finally gave up. no one wanted it and if it were any good, it wouldnt have cost us anything.
