Rip off, pay your legal fees as you need them, or join a group within your business environment that can answer your questions for a yearly joining fee. If you pay these people and they go broke then you lose your money!

I have prepaid legal service here in Texas. I have unlimited letter writing from an attorneys office plus 24/7 call in if I or a family member get into trouble. I also get a 25% discount for any legal problem that is not covered in the plan…I had a problem with menu foods when that worldwide issue of the contaminated food killing animals..My cat died from that and the legal service wrote a few letters to companies but nothing ever came of it. If I wanted to sue them I would have to contract them and only get the 25% discount..I am going to need some legal services in 2009 which will end up in court so I am keeping the services. It will be only then if I think they are worth it or not….I know alot of people who got the services with me have already dropped it because they need the little monthly amount to make ends meet…I would try it for at least a year and see if it is right for you…We also got a free will when we started so at least we got that for free…..
I know a lot of reps who have been burned trying to sell pre-paid legal which leads me to believe people who purchase are canceling. Have you done a search at ripoffreport.com to see if anyone there has filed any complaints?
